Q: Where are you located and what is your contact information?
A: Our mailing address is:
LuxeBidder
7245 S 76th Street #140
Franklin WI, 53132
Q: What if I want to ask questions or need help?
A: You may call our Customer Service Center at 1-866-991-2399, Monday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm Central Standard Time to speak to a customer service representative, or send us an e-mail at
customerservice@luxebidder.com.
Q: How can I track my bid history?
A: Information tracking your bid history is available under your customer account.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Due to state laws, we charge sales tax on all purchases being shipped within the state of Wisconsin. Other than that, there are no sales taxes. However, customers who reside outside of the United States may be required to pay import duties or other government fees in order to claim their packages from customs. LuxeBidder.com has no control over these fees and strongly recommends that you check with your local customs office to see how much they might be.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: The standard charge for UPS ground shipping within the United States and Canada is $10. We also offer 2nd day air for $20 (US only), overnight for $35 (US only), and expedited service to Canada for $60. Standard internationals shipping charge is $50, and expedited international is $80.
Do I have to pay shipping on each item if I win more than one auction?
A: No, if you win multiple auctions each item will automatically be placed in your shopping cart until you checkout. Simply checkout as soon as all of the auctions you are bidding on close. All items won will be on a single order with one shipping charge. Also remember that if you do not checkout within 7 days of winning an auction the item will be relisted, so make sure to checkout within 7 days of your first won auction.
Q: Can I cancel a bid?
A: No. Once you enter a bid, you are obligating yourself to pay that amount unless you are outbid.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: LuxeBidder.com has a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. This means you have 30 days from the time you receive your LuxeBidder.com item, not from the time you purchase it, to decide whether or not you want to keep it. Inspect, enjoy, and wear your purchase freely; if you are not thoroughly satisfied, your full merchandise purchase price will be refunded. If you love your piece but need a resizing, we will do it for free within this 30 day window.
Q: Why are some of your rings available in certain sizes and others are not?
A: At LuxeBidder.com, we acquire our jewelry directly from jewelry manufacturers or overstocked jewelers. These rings come to us as-is and we can only resize them within a limited range as each individual piece allows. Some styles have decoration on the back of the band as well as the front, and resizing would damage this. In the case of other rings, if the metal is too thin or too thick, resizing beyond a certain point would either weaken the ring or cause it to become awkward and unattractive, and so we will not do this either. Therefore, when selecting a ring to bid on, we strongly recommend that you check the permissible size range before proceeding to make sure that we can resize it to fit you. We also recommend visiting a local jeweler to have your ring size accurately determined.
Q: Why do items sometimes get relisted after the auction ends?
A: When an auction closes, the winner has five business days to complete the check-out process and purchase the item. If they fail to do so within this period, the item goes back on auction.
Q: Where do your products come from?
A: Our inventory consists of high-quality fine jewelry purchased directly from manufacturers or overstocked jewelers. This is the exact same jewelry you see in big name jewelry stores for a fraction of the price. Our in-house jewelers inspect all pieces before making them available to the public, and we stand behind them with our "Guaranteed Risk Free Shopping" promise.
Q: Can I sell my jewelry to you?
A: Sorry, but we do not purchase items from private owners, nor do we purchase estate pieces. We only deal with new jewelry direct from manufacturers or overstocked jewelers.
