Our worry-free, hassle-free 30 day return policy: If you don’t love it, you’re not stuck with it!

Pursuant to our no-questions, no-hassles 30-day money back guarantee, a customer has 30 full days to return merchandise. The 30 days is counted from the day a shipment is received from us, not the order date. We retain delivery confirmation information from the carrier on all shipments. This liberal policy allows more than ample time to return merchandise, regardless of where any customer resides. Whether a returned order was paid for by credit card or PayPal, the account originally used will be credited for the full merchandise price. Returns are processed and credits issued within 48 business hours from receipt. The posting of credits to a customer’s credit card or PayPal accounts usually happens within 24 to 48 business hours from the time a credit is issued by LuxeBidder.com, but that time may vary depending on the customer's card issuer.

All returns must contain merchandise in original/good condition, and must be shipped in a protective box with reasonable padding to prevent damage. You may use your own outer shipping box or you may reuse the one we shipped your order to you in.

  1. Returns for refunds and credits are for the full purchase price. We do not refund shipping charges.
  2. For customers outside the United States who return merchandise for a refund or credit, we do not refund any local taxes or import duties that were collected by the country of destination.   3. Shipping costs to return merchandise for refund or credit is not reimbursed.

  5. Pursuant to our published guarantees, merchandise returned for refund or credit after the 30-day guarantee has expired and is subject to the denial of the requested action at the discretion of LuxeBidder.com
